Suzan Mujinga

Administration & Human Resources Manager

Suzan has worked as a cashier, stores accounts assistant, store supervisor/buyer, and management trainee at Zamcapitol Enterprises. She also worked as a note examiner at the Bank of Zambia, an office coordinator at the Ghana consulate (now the Ghana High Commission in Zambia), a personal assistant/bookkeeper at MLFC, an executive personal assistant at Postdotnet, and a researcher at Poverty Action (IPA). Suzan has a BA in Development Studies and Sociology from the University of Zambia, a certificate in counseling, a certificate of attendance in Zambian Labour laws, and is currently taking graduate level courses in Chartered Secretaries and Administration from ICSA – The Governance Institute in the UK. She joined Lubuto in 2017, and has learned a lot about social development through the activity programs offered at our libraries. Her goal is to use her strong administrative skills to keep the national office organized and to keep program activities running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
